Once you've received your frozen empanadas, for the best quality
you should bake them within 3 months.
You will want to preheat your oven to a piping 500F.
Be sure you cooking spray the baking sheet.
Carefully place the empanadas in the sheet pan,
Beat 1 egg lightly, and smother the empanadas to
ensure a golden, crispy, and shiny empanada bake for about 8-10 min
(Tip: Enjoy a glass of wine while you wait!)
If you want your empanadas extra crispy or want to
get a rustic charred outside, hit them with a quick
2 minutes broil. Your tastebuds will thank you.
