Baking Instructions

Step 1: Order Frozen Empanadas!

Once you've received your frozen empanadas, for best quality and flavor you should bake them within 3 months.

Order Now!

Step 2: Preheat Oven

You will want to preheat your oven to a piping 500F. Be sure to preheat the oven with the baking sheet inside. Our empanadas like it hot!

Step 3: Egg Wash

Beat 1 egg lightly, and smother the empanadas to ensure a golden, crispy and shiny bake. 

Step 4: Bake

Carefully place the empanadas on the pre-heated baking sheet, and bake for 15 minutes. 

(Tip: Enjoy a glass of wine while you wait!)

Step 5: Hit it With a Broil!

If you like your empanadas extra crispy, or want to get that rustic charred outside, hit them with a quick 2 minute broil. Your tastebuds will thank you.
